Playing safely

Pool Hockey is played in and under water. Play at your own risk. Always play where a responsible adult or lifeguard is watching, wear a mask or swim goggles, never play alone, never hold your breath beyond your comfort, and follow the rules of the pool you are in. Children should be supervised by an adult. Our rules and guides are general information, not professional safety advice.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and may change. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel or refund an order if a product is unavailable or an error occurred. Shipping and taxes are shown at checkout.

Returns

If something is wrong with your order, email hello@pool-hockey.com within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

Content and use of the site

The Pool Hockey name, logo, rules, images and videos belong to Pool Hockey. You may share links and use them for personal, non-commercial purposes, but please don't copy or sell them without our permission.

Limits of liability

The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Pool Hockey is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved.

Changes

We may update these terms. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
